Vast & Profound is delighted to announce a new class by V&P board member and president, Tenzin Kacho Kiyosaki. Tenzin has been practicing Buddhism for more than 50 years and has been a hospice chaplain since 2008. She is the author of The Three Regrets: Inspirational Stories and Practice Advice for Love and Forgiveness at Life’s End.
Tenzin has gotten to know death and impermanence as more than just Buddhist study topics. She knows they are everyone’s reality, though we do not usually think about them in that way. Her classes will give us tools to bring death and impermanence to mind. Teachings to sustain mindfulness of impermanence and death help us to appreciate life every day.
Tenzin will lead classes on two Thursdays, June 8 and July 13, at 6-7:30 pm PST. Both sessions will be on Zoom and will include presentation and meditation followed by Q&A. Tenzin is an engaging and lively teacher. Please join us!*
